Baptized in Finland

Well, not me. 
I was just a guest. 
It was a little girl named Amalia, my cousin's daughter, who was the person of importance on this occasion. I had the honour to be there at her christening, and of course I snapped photos like a maniac, trying to capture this special and joyous celebration.

Autumn all over the place

Finally, I have some time off with the camera!
It was way too long ago since we last hung out.

Time is passing by so quickly these days, now the autumn is here.

Autumn in the suburbs are colourful, it's kind of hard to miss.

 It's dangling in the trees

and standing steady by the sea

the autumn is scattered in the football ground

and it's waiting for you on the walking paths

it puts colours on the walls

(and sometimes someone else is)

 And it decorates your garden.

 Yeah, autumn is here alright,  it's all over the place.

And I wish it would never leave.
